Damage Dealer Role
This buff set is more situated towards dealing massive AOE spit damage to survivors. The only reason you should be forced to go get your spitter killed is if the survivors are heading into a larger area which makes spitting on survivors much more ineffective (unless you have the Assassination Boost Buff effect active).
Damage Dealer 1 <top>
Name of Buff Set: Spit Ruiner
- (INF) Rushing Massacre
- (INF) Assassination Boost
- (INF) Bounty Saving
- (INF) Nightly Killer*
- (SPIT) Effervescence
- (SPIT) Joke's On You
Benefits of this buff set
- Rushing Massacre: 0 - 100% increased damage towards survivors based on their distance from last survivor in the back.
<Bots don't count as survivors in the back>
<Does not affect tanks> - Assassination Boost: When you kill enemy survivor, +200% increased damage dealt until you die. Effect won't work with tanks, bots, low level survivors and does not accumulate. You must be alive at all times, returning to ghost mode ends increased damage effect.
- Bounty Saving: For every 4 bounty, +1% additional damage.
<Maximum Bonus: 30%> - Nightly Killer: When on night time maps, +30% increased damage dealt.
- Effervescence: On survivor death caused by acid, spawns another acid pool under the corpse. On incapacitating a survivor, 20% chance to spawn another acid pool.
- Joke's On You: On death, +50% increased acid damage dealt.
Tips of this buff set
- When you spit, be sure not to be spotted. If you do get spotted try to stay back if you can in case they try to throw a pipebomb to try getting you killed.
- Try not to be far away from the survivors at all, or you may find your spit will simply not reach them due to being short of the range of the survivors from where you are.
Notes
- *If the map your on is not a night time map, be sure to replace the Nightly Killer Buff with the Sweep Bile Buff or the Final Showdown Buff if the map is a finale map.
This buff set is situated more towards dealing a large amount of claw damage. With it you can cause a lot of chaos and destruction with your quick damage but only if you can avoid getting yourself killed.
Damage Dealer 2 <top>
Name of Buff Set: Painful Claws
- (INF) Vampire
- (INF) Assassination Boost
- (INF) Bounty Saving
- (SPIT) Enhanced Acid Claws
- (SPIT) Effervescence
- (SPIT) Acid reaction
Benefits of this buff set
- Vampire: You heal yourself for 10x the amount of physical damage dealt to survivors.
<Incompatible with Regeneration Skill> - Assassination Boost: When you kill enemy survivor, +200% increased damage dealt until you die. Effect won't work with tanks, bots, low level survivors and does not accumulate. You must be alive at all times, returning to ghost mode ends increased damage effect.
- Bounty Saving: For every 4 bounty, +1% additional damage.
<Maximum Bonus: 30%> - Enhanced Acid Claws: +12 additional damage done by Acid Claws skill.
- Effervescence: On survivor death caused by acid, spawns another acid pool under the corpse. On incapacitating a survivor, 20% chance to spawn another acid pool.
- Acid reaction: If survivor was affected by acid within the last 3 seconds, deal 1% of survivor's maximum HP + 2% of survivors current HP as additional damage with claws.
Tips of this buff set
- When you spit on survivors, try to make it a surprise so that they are unaware of your presence as you come rushing in to deal devastating melee strikes on them. The more you can do this, the better the destruction you can inflict onto the survivors.
Slower Role
This buff set is situated towards the use of acid to give stacks of corrosion to the enemy survivors, the more you can do that as well as slowing them down, the better the debilitation.
Slower <top>
Name of Buff Set: Corrosionist
- (INF) Vampire
- (SPIT) Corrosion
- (SPIT) Effervescence
- (INF) Fatigue
- (SPIT) Ultra Sticky Goo
- (SPIT) Sticky Goo
Benefits of this buff set
- Vampire: You heal yourself for 10x the amount of physical damage dealt to survivors.
<Incompatible with Regeneration Skill> - Corrosion: Applies a corrosion stack on each acid hit to survivors.
- Effervescence: On survivor death caused by acid, spawns another acid pool under the corpse. On incapacitating a survivor, 20% chance to spawn another acid pool.
- Fatigue: -5% decreased movement speed on claw hit on survivors.
- Ultra Sticky Goo: Incapacitated survivors cannot crawl within acid.
- Sticky Goo: On acid hit, instant reduction in movement speed to 25%.
<If survivors already have 25% less speed by other sources, this buff does nothing>
Tips of this buff set
- When spitting on survivors, make sure that you can spit on them when they are all close together in a smaller space room, that way you can get the maximum effect out of your corrosion stacks and slow effects.
Healer Role
This buff set is situated towards the healing of infected, especially tanks for when you need to help them out in a pinch. The more you can stay alive and prolong the round as a healer spitter, the better your heals will be on each acid hit.
Healer 1 <top>
Name of Buff Set: Healer Mage
- (INF) Common Farming
- (INF) Sweep Bile
- (SPIT) Effervescence
- (SPIT) Protective Acid
- (SPIT) Improved Healing
- (SPIT) Healing Madness
Benefits of this buff set
- Common Farming: For each common infected killed, you heal 8% of your Maximum HP back.
- Sweep Bile: -80% decreased biled duration as infected after being hit with vomit jar.
- Effervescence: On survivor death caused by acid, spawns another acid pool under the corpse. On incapacitating a survivor, 20% chance to spawn another acid pool.
- Protective Acid: Special infected take 15% less damage inside your acid.
- Improved Healing: +10% increased healing every 60 seconds that pass.
- Healing Madness: On killing a survivor with acid, heal for 1000HP/s and invulnerable for 20 seconds.
Tips on this buff set
- Staying alive is the key to being a good healer, don't die or you won't be able to heal anyone...
- Just like with the survivors, to be efficient with your healing, be sure to spit where most of the special infected are. This can be helpful in cases where there is a special infected pinning down a survivor with another special infected as back up to help in case of any failure that happens.
This buff set is situated towards supporting the special infected and yourself in many ways. From giving them buffs to making survivors disappear for good! You can make the turn of events change the advantage of battle.
Healer 2 <top>
Name of Buff Set: General Supporter
- (INF) Electricity Wave Protection
- (INF) Witch Resistance
- (SPIT) Propellent Acid
- (SPIT) Protective Acid
- (SPIT) Acid Deletion
- (SPIT) Improved Healing
Benefits of this buff set
- Electricity Wave Protection: You won't instantly die when within range of an electricity knife, but will be left with 1 HP instead.
- Witch Resistance: +1000 additional Maximum HP for witches spawned. Witches have +90% reduced damage taken for 10 seconds after being startled.
- Propellent Acid: -15% decreased claw hit interval of special infected inside your acid.
<Does not work with tanks> - Protective Acid: Special infected take 15% less damage inside your acid.
- Acid Deletion: After exposing a survivor corpse for 60 seconds to your acid, destroys the corpse.
- Improved Healing: +10% increased healing every 60 seconds that pass.
Tips on this buff set
- Be sure to be close to Special Infected when you see them go attack any survivors. Don't forget that your spit will be useful to them.
- If any survivors are dead, be sure to spit on them until they are permanently dead by having their body removed. Those permanently dead survivors then cannot come back from the dead.
