= 100 + 1 = 101
When you kill a Special Infected. (assume you have 100 HP)

Butcher Buff <top>
1% of target's health dealt as bonus damage is applied to the additional damage bonus in attack bonuses.
When you deal damage to any Special Infected (its best to do it with an Uber Charger)

Tank Slayer Buff <top>
+350HP bonus damage dealt to tanks is applied to the additional damage bonus in attack bonuses.
When you deal damage to tanks (assume it is a tier 1 tank) (assume you have max tank reaper tier 1 skill upgrade)
