    15. |V| Self preservation

    Description:
    After 20 (40 if hanging from ledge) seconds have passed since incapacitation, your character will get up automatically. Taking damage resets the countdown.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are incapacitated/hanging and have no way to self revive yourself, don't take any damage and your survivor will be automatically revived with the Self preservation Buff.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    If incapacitated and or hanging from a ledge for 20 (40 if hanging from a ledge) seconds. You will automatically get up. Taking damage resets the countdown.

    16. Protector <top>

    Description:
    Players that are 50 levels lower than you will gain 2% defense against all damage (except falls) for each percent of their health missing (Max: 30%). Additionally, reviving an incapacitated player 50 levels lower than you will grant them 90% defense and CC immunity for 10 seconds.

    Tips on Buff Usage:

    • If you are on a server where there are players 50 levels or more lower than you, you can equip the Protector Buff to give them defense against the infected. Additionally you'll be a big help to them whenever you revive them from incapacitation.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Players with 50 or more levels lower than you, +2% increased defense (except falls) for each % of missing HP (Max: 30%). On reviving incapacitated player 50 or more levels lower than you, +90% increased defense and CC immunity for 10 seconds.

    17. Boxing Bag <top>

    Description:
    Special Infected (except tanks) will prefer to attack you when there are players that are at least 50 levels lower than you within 400 units. The infected will even leave any trapped victims. They have to chase you instead.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are on a server where there are players 50 levels or more lower than you, you can equip the Boxing Bag Buff to force all special infected to attack you when they aggro any player nearby yourself. The special infected will even be forced to aggro you if they are currently trapping any victims.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    If any nearby survivors are 50 or more levels lower than you, special infected (including those pinning victims) will prefer to attack you within 400 units.

    18. Field Medic <top>

    Description:
    Each 50 seconds you will randomly generate an adrenaline shot or pain pills to pass to survivors. You will not be able to consume these items yourself. Picking up adrenaline or pain pills will not drop the generated item and it will disappear instead. You also cannot manually drop pain pills or adrenaline.

    Tips on Buff Usage:

    • The Field Medic Buff will let you support other survivors by giving them your pain pills or adrenaline shots that you obtain to help them activate their buff effects or clear bad status effects inflicted on them.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Each 50 seconds, randomly generate 1 adrenaline shot / pain pills. Can only be passed to other survivors. Cannot be consumed. Picking up adrenaline / pain pills will not drop generated item and will delete it instead. You cannot manually drop adrenaline or pain pills.

    19. |V| War Wounds <top>

    Description:
    After being revived from an incapacitation caused by infected (friendly fire or self damage does not count) you will gain an additional 7HP per level above 201 maximum health for the rest of the round. You will also gain this health after reviving.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you want to have increased maximum HP without the need for Tenacity Buff, use the War wounds Buff and go revive teammates as well as be revived yourself. Eventually you'll get enough maximum HP where it'll help you to survive for much longer out there.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    After reviving or being revived from incapacitation only caused by infected, +7 per level above 201 additional maximum HP for the rest of the round.

    20. |E| Cleansing Pills <top>

    Description:
    Consuming Pain Pills will remove most bad status effects and grants status effect immunity for 15 seconds.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are currently being inflicted with a barrage of bad status effects, equip the Cleansing Pills Buff and take pain pills. You will not only get rid of your current bad status effects but prevent new ones from being applied for 15 seconds.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Consuming Pain Pills removes most bad status effects and gives status effect immunity for 15 seconds.

    21. |E| Dopamine-Infused Meds <top>

    Description:
    Using Pain Pills or Adrenaline when below 50% health will heal you for an additional 15% of your missing health as permanent health.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • Whenever your HP is below 50% and you don't think you'll get enough bounty to spend on a first aid kit. You can spend your bounty on pain pills or an adrenaline shot instead to give you additional healing.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    If below 50% of max HP, when using pain pills/adrenaline shot, heal for +10% additional missing HP as HP.
