    15. |E| Dopamine-Infused Meds*

    Event Requirements:
    Get it for 125 Caramel Candies from the Caramel Candy Market within !event. Only during the Halloween 2018 and 2019 events.

    Description:
    Using Pain Pills or Adrenaline when below 50% health will heal you for an additional 15% of your missing health as permanent health.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • Whenever your HP is below 50% and you don't think you'll get enough bounty to spend on a first aid kit. You can spend your bounty on pain pills or an adrenaline shot instead to give you additional healing.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    If below 50% of max HP, when using pain pills/adrenaline shot, heal for an additional +15% missing HP as permanent HP.

    16. |E| Duelist* <top>

    Event Requirements:
    Get it for 150 Caramel Candies from the Caramel Candy Market within !event. Only during the Halloween 2018 and 2019 events.

    Description:
    With a melee weapon in hand, Special Infected that you are facing wont be able to trap you.
    <Must be in 750 range against Smokers>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • With the Duelist Buff, if you don't want to be trapped by special infected, face them head on with your melee weapon. Just make sure you are within range of smokers so they can't trap you.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    While facing special infected with any melee weapon in hand, they cannot trap you.

    17. Sideloader+

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $76,500 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 225 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 175


    Description:
    Getting kills with your secondary weapon has a chance to passively load 8% of your primary weapon's magazine from your reserve ammo.
    - Killing Common Infected: 20%
    - Killing Special Infected: 100%
    - Killing Uber Infected/Witch: 200%
    <Doesn't apply for Grenade Launcher>
    <Killing blow must be damage directly from the weapon>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you don't want to wait to reload your weapon, but want to use your secondary weapon sometimes, you can equip the Sideloader Buff. It'll passively provide bullets/shells for your primary weapon with a chance of doing so every time you get a kill with your secondary weapon.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On kill with secondary weapon, gain a chance to load 8% of primary weapon's magazine from your reserve ammo:
    - CI: 20%
    - SI: 100%
    - Uber SI or Witch: 200%
    <Doesn't apply for Grenade Launcher>
    <Killing blow must be damage directly from the weapon>


    Buff Enhancements that can be applied to this buff:
    • Frontloader: Kills with your primary weapon now have a chance to load your secondary.
      <Chance to activate is half of Sideloader base chances>

    18. Steadfast Aim+ <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $42,750 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 135 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 155


    Description:
    Common Infected no longer jostle your aim when attacking you and you gain 10% defense against them.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you wan't to be able to use sniper rifles while scoped in, but don't want your aim to become screwed up by common infected, equip the Steadfast Aim Buff and you should not have any more worries about them. You'll also gain +10% defense against common infected which can be helpful in situations where you're easily surrounded while using sniper rifles.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On CI attacking you, they no longer jostle your aim and gain +10% defense against them.

    Buff Enhancements that can be applied to this buff:
    • |E| Steadfast Sprint: Common Infected attacking you no longer cripple your move speed or ability to jump.

    19. Pain Stimulant+

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $23,850 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 15 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 125


    Description:
    Upon using Pain Pills, Adrenaline, or being revived your temporary health will not decay for 60 seconds. Increases the health you receive upon being revived by 25%.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • Want to not worry about having less temporary HP every few seconds to defend against infected attacks with? Equip the Pain Stimulant Buff to stop yourself from bleeding out.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Upon using Pain Pills, Adrenaline, or being revived, temporary HP no longer decays for 60 seconds. Gain +25% increased HP received on revive.

    Buff Enhancements that can be applied to this buff:
    • |E| Pain Analeptic: While having temporary health, gain 10% defense from any infected damage. Bonus is doubled if you have below 25% permanent health.

    20. Trailing Haste <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $22,590 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 40 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 155


    Description:
    If you are behind the average survivor map progression, you gain 10% move speed. If there are no visible allies within 400 units as well, you gain another 10% move speed. In finales, when rescue has arrived you resist non-status slow effects.
    <Falling behind aspect has no effect in Survival, VS, or if only survivor alive>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are that one survivor who stops to save people who are behind but no one decides to save you when you are left behind? Use the Trailing Haste Buff to try and catch up to the other survivors.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    If behind average survivor map progression, gain +10% move speed. If no visible allies within 400 units, gain another +10% move speed. In finales, when rescue has arrived you resist non-status slow effects.
    <Falling behind aspect has no effect in Survival, VS, or if only survivor alive>


    21. |E| Reactive Inoculation*+

    Event Requirements:
    Get it for 200 Mint Candies from the Mint Candy Market within !event. Only during the Halloween 2018 and 2019 events.

    Description:
    After being afflicted with a status condition, you will block the next time that same status condition is inflicted upon you. This can stack with several status effects, but some statuses will not be blocked, Each time a status effect is blocked, it's duration will be reduced by 5%, up to 25% maximum reduction for the round.

    Tips for Buff Usage:
    • If you are being affected frequently by bad status effects that you don't want to be affected by such as fear, freeze, paralyze or stun then the Reactive Inoculation Buff is good for you to block being affected by the same status effect and decrease the duration of said bad status effect should you be affected by it again.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    After being afflicted with a bad status effect, block that same bad status effect the next time it's inflicted. Stackable with several bad status effects but it won't work against some. For each bad status effect blocked, it's duration is reduced by 5%, up to -25% maximum for the round.

    Buff Enhancements that can be applied to this buff:
    • |E| Selective Inoculation: Once per round with no tanks alive, you can select one status effect from the !buy menu, blocking 10 seconds of it and reducing duration by 50% for the round.
