    22. |E| Advanced Morphine Injector

    Description:
    Heals 1% of your missing health every 5 seconds while not being incapacitated or hanging from a ledge. The morphine injector cannot heal you if you are poisoned.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Advanced Morphine Injector Buff is more effective if you are using buffs that increase your maximum HP.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Heals 1% missing HP every 5 seconds while not incapacitated or hanging from a ledge. Cannot be healed if poisoned.

    23. |E| Tank Duelist <top>

    Description:

    You gain 20% defense against tanks but increase their aggro to you by 200%

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • Taking on the damage from tanks can be made easier with the Tank Duelist Buff equipped. Allowing you to let the other survivors be free of any tank damage while giving you defense against it at the same time.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    -20% less damage taken from tanks. +200% increased tank aggro to you.

    • Tank Resister

    24. |E| Fatal Guard <top>

    Description:
    Prevents taking fatal damage from tanks while frozen. Additionally, Assassin class tanks deal 50% less damage, and won't ignore incapacitation.
    <Does not prevent shattering on frozen death>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • When you get any Assassin, Cloaked Assassin or Freezing Tank spawning in the area, the Fatal Guard Buff is the best counter to stopping them from taking down other survivors.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Prevents instant death while frozen. -50% less damage taken from Assassin class tanks + won't ignore incapacitation.

    25. |E| Ex-Infected Mourn <top>

    Description:
    After being released from a Special Infected trapping you, you will be unable to be trapped by the same class of Special Infected. The effect lasts until a different class traps you, which you will then be immune to that class instead.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • When released from any special infected, you become immune to crowd control from that infected with the Ex-Infected Mourn Buff, as long as you don't get trapped and released by another type of special infected.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On being released from special infected, become unable to be trapped by same class of special infected. Effect lasts until different class of special infected traps you.

    26. Unstoppable <top>

    Description:
    Gives you the ability to block Special Infected from pinning you, staggering you and blocks tank rock stuns based on your health. The chance to activate is equal to your current health % + 3%, minus 15% for each Special Infected near you above 3. Uber Infected attackers will lower the chance by 20%.
    <Does not work if incapacitated or rushing>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Unstoppable Buff is more effective when you use any buffs that increase maximum HP. That is because you have to be dealt more damage in numbers in order to have less chances of blocking infected CC abilities.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Gives you the ability to block Special Infected Pins. Chance = current HP % + 3%. -15% chance for each SI nearby above 3. -20% chance for each Uber SI nearby.
    <Does not work if incapacitated, rushing or while Immolation is active>

    27. Vital Spirit <top>

    Description:
    Upon being revived, 20% of the total health you receive is gained as bonus permanent health.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • In VS, when you are revived from incapacitation, the bonus permanent health gained with the Vital Spirit Buff is useful in staying alive for a few more moments before your HP is reduced to 0 again.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On being revived, 20% of total HP received becomes bonus permanent HP.

    28. |V| Guardian Dispenser <top>

    Description:
    Before taking lethal damage, a mini health dispenser will trigger while attached to your body. It will heal nearby survivors for 5HP + 0.3% max health per second. It will also cure them of any bad status effects and trigger Moustachio Bless for 2 seconds when deployed.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are about to die, heal yourself before you do. That way, you can continue to use the Guardian Dispenser Buff where ever you go, instead of it sitting there in the spot where you may die, if you don't heal.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Before taking lethal damage, a health device triggers on you. Heals nearby survivors for +5HP + 0.3% Max HP per second, cures all bad status effects and gives moustachio bless for 2 seconds.
