    My Australian ADSL2+ connection... download speed is good but upload makes me cry if trying to upload big files:

    In 2006 Kevin Rudd said "If I get elected as Prime Minister in 2007 I'll make the whole Australia have fibre-optic".

    ... now in 2012, NOTHING has changed.

    My speed test results download 4.26Mbps and Upload 1.23Mbps ping 56ms I check my speed using ip-details.com

    My upload is indeed high, but my download suck and is unstable (12-48 Mb/s) and it's being throttled at the moment in both ways by my ISP..

    okay i have never seen a speedtest result where the upload and download are that far apart....that is just...i want your upload!
