Maybe that quest is not ready yet or it is very rare to find those items

 

When you see a Shaman Tank, get really close to him and type !Withness

have done it and its very easy
all u have to do to stay very close to shaman or knight and type withness while u aiming at
u must keep aiming at it until a msg appear tells u that tank knowledge done

 

never done the HD befor -.-
can i do it when ever i want or its an event?
and i found a HD ticket but no clue what to do with it

 

It's an event held on a different server. It is normally held on the weekend whenever it is held.

 

When doing !withness, the trick is to have your cursor cross-hairs already on said Tank.

Make sure you highlight the !withness, click CRTL+C (while highlighted) top COPY it.

Execute the command !withness in chat. Notice it says "You lost aim of target?"

Even-if for a second, if those crosshairs leave your Tank while witnessing (!withness with an H,) you have to go back to chat,
Y, or U, whatever, and hit CTRL+V (paste!,) and hit enter.

Rinse-and-repeat until you complete.

For those who don't know, again,

!withness <- click, drag to highlight.
CTRL+C (over highlighted text) = Copy
CTRL+V in chat again (Pastes what you copied.)

 

I think this is something different. (!withness is for Tank Knowledge #1 & #2.)

In another post, Miracle included a screenshot of 3 required items:

Weapon Weight Reducer Tool,
Recoil Reducer Tool,
Dispersion Reducer Tool.

REWARD: |Auto|GradeEnhancer(Veteran.)

I'm not entirely sure if this changed or not, but I have three of the AutoGrade Enhancers. I also got the corresponding item, (or not?,) called the AutoUpgrade Hammer. I got them from beating a Supreme Shaman Tank (the peach colored one,) and it was a reward.

That was prior to these new quests.

I was wondering where people are seeing the 3 items above? If so, where?

 

As I pointed out to Raised in-game about a week ago, I actually saw this myself too!

It was in an odd place.

Think towards the END of Dead Center Mall.

There is an escalator up to the saferoom w/ a radio at it.

BEHIND THE ESCALATOR (not in the drop-down, but at the edge,) is where the TV was representing Golden Necklace.

I have never seen it in it's rumored spawn spot in Parish 1.

 

So, Dead Air, Runway, find "proof of life" or "proof of death."

Stuck on this! Anyone successful yet?

 

Is this for real? I haven't tried it simply because I thought it was trolling but is this really needed? lol?

 

It's for the Quest(s) for survivor Sara, #5, called Tank Knowledge #1, and Tank Knowledge #2.

For the former, you do the !withness ting wiht your crosshairs on the shaman and have ti keep it there; if you get even slightly off, you have to re-do it, so it's best to copy/paste it in.

Once you're done, Tank Knowledge #2 is the same thing, but w/ a Knight Tank.

Like binding player commands, you can also bind a key to type that "!withness" command. Open up the console and type:

Code:

bind "p" "say !withness"

Then hit "p" whenever you want to "withness" something.

 

Veteran enhancer is not for lvl up to 211 is for weapons.

It in parish first map in the exit to the street. it will be infront of you near the gate.

It also in the house in riverside last map. It in the first house from the street and room to the left.

 

I found the Golden Necklace 2 weeks ago in Dark carnival 2

 

How do you complete Sara's "prove it 2" where you have to kill 20 invisible jockeys when those jockeys are no longer in coop?

 

VS and u have to shoot them, not fire or mele
