-Increased strength of tier 3 tanks.
-Fixed a bug where the system would always count 0 players and always spawn normal tanks.
-Increased difficulty of coop in general (special spawn rates and damage).
-Fixed a bug where reward items wouldn't be delivered properly. All people who already completed quests that delivered items to the inventory will see them soon enough.
