So I noticed there are a few spots in which TVs are spawned but we cant reach. The Parish 1 at the garage behind the fense, 2 TVs, always there, never able to reach em. Dead Center 2 after u climb the container and right before u enter the building with the ammo and pills if you look behind the fense after u climb the 5 or 6 stairs to the platform there's a TV there. There are a few more spots but these are the 2 that got me thinking. I tried shooting the TVs all around but there's no chance of getting to em. At TP 1 I thought maybe if I'll shoot em enough they'll drop to the starting point but alas, no joy, it just disappeared... Anyone know what's the deal with those?
