Shaman and/or Para Buff Doesn't Work

Recently players have reported their Shaman and/or Paranoia buffs not working. Before, they had it equipped to their infected !cp/buffs area... but can't reequip it. The simple explanation is that it's a database error. In a couple cases, it happened prior to server migration; in most cases, after that. I can't pinpoint the exact cause, but there is an easy solution.

If this is happening to you, please reply with your STEAM_ID and the product you're using (shaman or para buff.)

If you don't know how to get your STEAM_ID, copy your very own profile link. Paste it into steamidfinder.com and use the generated figures as your STEAM_ID.

Alternatively, you can look yourself up in the Statistics -> PR -> Players area. The part you wanna copy looks like 0:1234567.
