    She wouldn't have a chance against Google, i mean, I'm pretty sure Google has a vast quantity good lawyers.

    If I was a layer defending Google, I'd ask right away: was she wearing a reflector, or a high-visibility vest that workmen wear on the road. If not, then the fault is her own for not being visible enough, doesn't matter if she was following directions (I assume she had to keep her nose next to the screen and heavy headphones if she couldn't see or hear the traffic). Besides, ever heard of looking left and right before crossing the road, you dumb broad!?
