Rdm Incap across the map

    Recently me and a few ppl have been experiencing money loss due to incapping ppl when,

    1. No throwables thrown
    2. No shots fired
    3. A long way away from that person

    Happening pretty often... losing $45 and rep pretty often...

    It's a glitch with smoker clouds, seems whoever kills the smoker if the cloud incaps someone the person that killed the smoker is responsible for the incap.

    Hmmm weird though I did not kill any SI for about 3 mins and they were 4 walls inbetween us (no mercy fuel station map) they were inside the building where you had to get the garage door up and i was right outside the saferoom...
