    Several quests don't seem to be progressing on my account and I'm not able to turn them in.

    The quests have been marked as ready to complete, so you should be able to turn them in and continue with other quests.

    I performed a rework on the witness quest requirements, you now just need to shoot the Tank to start witnessing, try and see if you can get it to work now.
