Most likely Jag is very busy atm and so is his co leader, so they do not have the time to do this stuff.

 

It's more of a choice related issue then time! Due to some circumstances I have personally closed recruiting of new members! I just don't feel like having new members! Sorry!

 

yeah recruiting players like xav who swaps clan without any notifications. I think its better to kick them out of clan. Whenever you get active, you will find me by your side.
