    HOLY FUCK I'VE WAITED FOR A FULL YEAR FOR THIS! The FINAL season of Boardwalk Empire.

    In an interview with Terrence Winter (also staffwriter from The Sopranos,) he said "We're bringing it to an exciting and violent conclusion." They're only doing 8 episodes, apparently. This looks amazing! So far, the historical accuracies and parallels are spot-on.

    Let's hope this is as good as it looks. My personal favorite of the six teaser trailers:

    Another TOTAL favorite of mine. 8 episodes total to the entire series. Best murder mystery I've seen in years. Best show ever.

    The cool thing about the show is the storytelling. They already solved the murder, so due to Hurricane Katrina flooding, they had to re-interview the 2 main guys cuz the records were destroyed. You get to see their dynamic and how it's changed since the whole mystery played out, and see how they first become acquainted. Each episode is 100% genius. Stop what you're doing and go watch True Detective & Boardwalk Empire. :)
