People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

lost cash, gems and reset to level 1, happened around 12am (sorry don't know exact time), Europe/London.
everything else still seems to b there though, and if it helps it only reset once my clan leader had logged in to the same sever as me.

Hey Erik its dingo, i just got rolled back to level 2 after loading the Dead Center finale map *took unusually long*, i was level 109, 94% to 110 and i had around 130k points be great if you can fix the problem at your convenience. Let me know if you require any information to fix the problem. Thnx in advance.

 

One more thing, got rolled back on 12 July, 2013 around 12:00 am GMT+8 at US Points Reloaded 10 Coop Dead Center finale map, skills, upgrades and buffs are intact. Lost all cash, exp and level, gems and buff slot. Steam ID: STEAM_1:0:37747732

It was working on 11th July. I don´t remember if I leveled up to 155,

Hello,
my Problem is, that after a crash my lvl reset and all my cash and gems where lost. After a fix my lvl was restore, but Upgrades and Skills where reset. And now, after that fix, my Upgrades and Skills didnt work, my lvl is reset and my Buffslots are locked.

• I had almost 201 level (200 99.9%, because i need shaman brain to get enhancer), about 20-30 gems, about 56k$, rep Team's Angel, all buff slots are unlocked except unique one. Now i'm level 1, no gems, 500$, rep is average, buff slots are locked. I see that upgrades, skills, buffs, quest and inventory items are saved, but don't know they are working or not.

I went from 215 to lvl 1 a few minutes ago after a lag session, when i rejoin I was lvl 1. I still have all the buffs ( it would be a nice time to gift me a shaman tank buff )

I know this is offtopic but something weird is happening with us host, im getting 200ms above the 220 i used to have there since the server is back online. Please let me know when this is fixed. Thank you
