hi can you fix my level on other servers like the versus ones. when i tried playing on one of those servers my character is level 1. my level is supposed to be 111. thanks

3.) Detailed Description of Problem: "I was level 194, now I'm level 1," "I lost all my upgrades, but kept my level," etc.

 

hi,some of my stuff are lost.i was level 187(around 90%) and had about 250k cash and 65 gems when i last connected to asia coop server.But when i just now joined the us coop server,my level becomes 184(0%) and my cash & gems also have decreased.
Please help me .
