People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

everything is ok for now, but my x5 xp booster disapear;; (i tcheck in my inventory not there too;; )

 

This is SW [?]. The screenie is a little hard to read. It states:

Bounty 0
Gems: 4,180

Here's the info:

1.) She is a VI gamer. Also plays PR.
2.) Symptoms: PRIOR to datacenter issue weeks ago, still had this. Reverts to level 1 every time in-game. I see it daily.
3.) Donor? = No
4.) MG Store Account? = No
5.) STEAM_0:1:53537902 /
6.) PLAYER ID PR - 49028
7.) PLAYER ID NON-PR - 41695

STEAM_ID? Yes; triple-checked and copy/pasted directly. Mikazz states this is a match w/ screen 1 in !cp.
Cross-referenced Non-PR stats; shows same STEAM_ID.

Perhaps this is a DB mismatch of some kind or some sort of error?

Everything looks just fine. Hopefully those Player ID's for HLStatsX help!

when i have write (i tcheck in my inventory not there too;; ) is because i have do !inv xD i do it again and nothing there;; i have 3 enhancement stone, 2 helm ticket and 5 gem and nothing more xD, oh and i tcheck again in my !cp and none boost activated too..
i don't know if is a big bug or something like that but i can send you (in private) my confirmation order of my x5 boost if is less trouble for you..

If I understand you correctly,

- Your x5 booster was purchased through the Store
- Marvel credited it back to you + 1 week
- However, you listed your !inv, but do NOT show a booster

Is this correct?

at the beginning it was a recover of my lost lvl and all other thing, everything as been recovered except my x5 booster i haved already buy and activate before server bug, so yeah you have correct

 

it work fine ty and with the week of server crash is fun to have it i activated it like 3-4 day before crash;; xD
