Thanks for the fix.
But after my reactivating my buffslots(x6) I found I still lost 2 buff slots (since all my slots except the unique one were unlocked before the lost).
Is it possible to fix it again?
Anyway if can't it's just OK.

erik, at first. i did not know that area was a exploit area. when some other players were exploiting it, i was only near that area. i wasnt even exploiting. next thing i know, i got banned. can i get a explaination please ?

 

The explanation is in the thread, which Marvel started. If you want to protest this in another area, that's fine, but this thread is for level loss / stat loss only.

Also, last I checked you are not banned, so I'm not sure what you would want to protest if that were the case. You are free to disagree with Marvel's (or my) judgement as head admins about this whole exploit business, but we have made umpteen posts for over a year (COOP exploits / warnings / rules clarifications, event threads,) about this and it is very clearly defined in the rules what is classified as an "exploit."

Admins don't say "hey this is an exploit area," and are not responsible for keeping a working list of what specific instances are to be avoided. That would be unrealistic to expect or hold us to. Also, that's not how this works. Please re-evaluate your understanding of what an exploit is. Again, it's very clearly outlined in the rules. Make sure you read the thread which Marvel started, also.

here is what i loss
1) level (around 169 before)
2) cash (around 1600000 before)
3) FR Pills/Gems (around 700 before)
4) buff slot -> all unlocked include the unique one
5) some mission become unsolved

additional info:
for this time, i an originally playing CA COOP server at around 18:35 (GMT +8:00) and i switch to HK VS server at around 18:45 (GMT +8 )
it cause me unusual long time to connect but finally i can connect.
however, after i connect, i find it become 1lv again

besides, i find that i always loss my data (this time and last 2 time) on Sundays..is there any reason?


May i ask an additional questions that what preventive action can i do to prevent data loss?
