People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

Please understand that sometimes we have to pull from a backup.

I will edit the account now. If it doesn't show 5 min from this post, that means you're on a server and it won't work until you leave the game.

 

Impossible to recover your account if you are still on a server.

Please reply and state when you are not in-game and I will restore it again.

BTW YuriBB, thanks for the extra details. "Too much" is ALWAYS better than "not enough" in this regard.

erik, I think another rollback happened, my unique is not yet activated.

 

No rollback, everything is just as it was when I first restored it. I've seen this before, possible false positive on your end.

Try once more... I show it's all there as it should be.

I used to be level 87(about 50%) but now im level 2.
I had nearly 50k cash but now i have nothing.
I lost about 70+ rf-pills.
I lost all my buff slots. (nearly all unlock except 1 or 2slot)
I've bought all the upgrade that my level can bought(only for survivor)
buffs maybe half of all

I also send a wrong message on report so sorry about that

I lost my level 41 to 1 this day could you please help me about it. By the way, my cash is about $18k and FR-Pills 7 what I remember(if it is possible please even the Reputation:Saint 5.000), I hope this would be solve as soon as the administration see this post

I lost my level from 95 to 1.
Cash from 80000+ to 500.
FR from 30(maybe more than this but I forgot) to 0.

Anyway it looks like I'm a totally new player when I get into the server.
But some upgrades I bought still remain, while buff slots remain only 3 comparing to all opened but special one before the lost.

In a word, I lost most of the things while some remain.
