People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

My level has been reset from 114 back to 1, I have lost around 15k cash and 20 FR pills, as of 2 days ago my account was fine. If someone could help it would be appreciated greatly

well, i lost the data again after 1 week...
here is what i loss
1) level (around 150 before)
2) cash (around 160000 before)
3) FR Pills/Gems (around 700 before)
4) buff slot -> all unlocked except the unique one
5) some mission become unsolved
6) i was in a clan and now i am not

i promote quite a lot level this week and i don't know will the data loss mess up last week
the latest time i saw the data haven't loss is around 15:00 (GMT +8 )

Hello,

I'm Scoep, an old player, I started playing again on the server and am currently level 118.

Was on the server (mgftw.com EU | Points Reloaded 16-COOP ) and its crached, then I downloaded the files from the event server and when i'm at level 1.

I had all slots and more than 120 gems (Pills)(if not mistaken).
Also had all updates and skills from my level.

i got auto kicked on event server whilst lagging a little and everything reset when last my post
All buff slots unlocked (including unique)
candy around 10 - not sure
pills around 600 - not sure
cash around 1 million - not sure
