Ok, let me make sure I understand what's going on here. There is a little bit of a communication barrier, so before I go making changes in the database, I want to make sure I understand what the issue is.

- You had the gems and cash to buy Goggles.
- You bought Goggles, but it doesn't work.
- There is a "Goggles Buff" item in your !inv that doesn't work.
-- When you use !inv to activate Goggles, it says "You already have this buff!"

So, You just need your goggles to work properly? And, your steam_id is 1:17744472? Patryck / ZACO?

Please verify that your issue is fixed b/c this is a complicated one.

It should be working now... and your !inv cleaned up.
