I have a problem, i lost my "googles" buff


Week ago i had enough gems and i bought it.

A lot of people can also confirm that i bought it and use in-game. Buff was awesome and i enjoyed playing with it.
But today I lo-in and i don;t have it in my bought buffs.

Lost all my stats again, im level 3 now. I was playing usa coop #2 a while ago then the server crashed and i lost my exp, gems, cash etc...

Level: 214
Exp: Hard to remember exactly, i was about 32% of the exp.
Cash: Less than 950.000 (Cant remember well but had 1 millon and bought some new buffs before the crash)
Gems: 500

*Buffslots are locked again but the first 3.
*All inventory items were not affected.

I haven't checked buffs but I had goggles, para, etc.

Been more than 24 h now and I even levelled up to level 30 when will mine be restored :pop2:

I got knocked back down again to level 4 from 92. All buffs(11+) & inventory(11 enhancement stones) gone. All the money, gems, buff slots and exp gone. Kindyly defib me.

I lost my status about 3 weeks ago but Erik fixed it. Then I lost my status about 2 weeks ago? I think?

I was LV 212 with about 55%-75%. I had somewhere around 500 Gems. I had about 1.1 million cash. My buff slots are locked.

Lost levels. Dropped from 215 to 27. Had around 25k cash and around 900 gems. Sorry about the lack of a latest screenshot.
He didn't take one anytime recently. He also had almost all buffs including goggles. Please take a look into it.

It happened when changing from c5_m3_cemetery to c5_m4_quarters around 00:10 of Greenwich time.
