People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

    I used to be level 209 yesterday but now my level rolls back to 206.
    my data just rolls back
    still have all the skill buffer upgrades stones tickets
    and I am in X5 booster till 9/17

    its like 12-13 hours since i last play

    I have a booster on and have been ranking up crazy fast but I swear I thought I was rank 197 a day ago but now am only 187. (I could be wrong) Could someone have a looksie please.

    I lost one level, I am 205 at first but dropped to 204 and with somehow XPs, pls fix it, one level is difficult for 201 above, and I am a customer of MG Store, but I didn't lost my XP boost. Thx.

    Hi erik, thanks for the help :)

    I got a couple of hundred gems restored from the "Desperation" buff no longer working, but it's fine just glad levels are back, thanks again :)

    It will take a bit longer than usual to restore everyone statistics as we will first restore all our available backups so we can properly check for false restores.

    Those who attempted to take advantage will be punished with a 1 week ban.

    Those who read this post and admit that they are just trying to take advantage won't be punished at all.

    Everyone who lost their stats due to the rollback:

    We are really sorry about this but we are not going to restore anyone back because it was caused by a "planned" database roll-back.

    We have given everyone a x2 boost for 10 days and extended by 20 days the boosters of those who already had it.

    We are not going to restore your stats in this opporunity.

    If you can refer to the general announcements you will hopefully understand why was the roll-bacl applied.

    I apologize once again.

    Also Hitsu, I checked your issue as it seemed a really huge loss, but you currently have:

    1m cash
    270 gems.

    So, you are telling me that you won more than 10k gems since friday? Do you have proof of this?

    I'm having a really hard time believing that you went from 272 Gems to 11511 from Friday to Sunday, two day. I'll ask our team of admins to discuss these before restoring everything up.
