People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

    i was lvl 98 but now i am lvl 1 and i don't know how many xp i got
    i lost 56k or someting now i got 500
    i lost 50 - 60 gems now i got 0
    i lost my 8 buff slots now i got 3
    i still got my clan and all upgrade,buff,skill,quests, and all my inventory stuff

    joined after 1 day, Im back to level 1 oh and my CP doesnt load anymore no matter how many times I rejoin or switch servers.

    Hmm that url points to STEAM_0:1:16195506 which has never played on our server before. I checked 5 backups no success. Please give me the right steam id and stop wasting my time.

    Don't give me URL's give me IDs. Do you expect me to convert these URL's as well? How hard can it be?

    I lost my level, 160 to 1, my cash around 281k to 500 and my gems from 304 to 0, and also my buffs slot. my exp is currently 71k
    i still have my upgrades, skills, and buffs as well as the inventory items. i lost my level right after i joined to one of the EU server, and i noticed that several people also lost their level.

Was playing on EU coop server and switched to other EU mid game. Guess that's when I lost my level. This happened few hours ago. Normally logged out of steam and back again and PR would restore any lost level. But not this time. Thanks in advance for the restoration.

I used to be level 175 but now im level 1.
I had 30k+ cash but now i have less than 0.500k.
I lost 171 gems.
I lost all my buff slots. (I unlocked all the buff slots)
I have all my skills, upgrades, and buffs.
My enhancements are still there however i cant upgrade them due to my low level
