today i was playing l4d2 and i was level 111 but now im level 1 and just lv 2 and i lost all of my money and my gems

 

Just a question,

Is 2 million exp lost considered enough for any restore? I was halfway thru 209 when i got reset to lvl 1 but after marvel helped me restored my stats i am now just 4% thru 209.

Problem: I was lvl around 180 (don't remember exactly, sorry) and have lost all of the levels, I'm now lvl 18 or so. I still have all my skills & upgrades but I can't buy new skills because of low lvl. This happened many months ago and have stopped playing because of it but now I would really appreciate it if you could fix it and I'll start playing on MG again, thanks

• Explain what you lost and most important, when you still had everything:

August 15, 2013 sometime after 10 AM Central Time, I hopped on one of the US servers and noticed that I was at Lv. 1 with no cash or gems. Sort of figured it was another clean slate for everyone since the same thing happened during July when my laptop was in shop. However, when I looked at my control panel, I noticed that I still had all the buffs and skills that I purchased.

The last thing I remember having before this was being at Lv. 82, 36 gems and something in the neighborhood of three thousand cash. Currently, I'm at Lv. 11, $2,007 and no gems.

I was level 211 and 60% with more or less 400000 credits. Bought almost everything with 13 gems. Now I've seen everything in inventory has been maintained it's just that I lost all the rest level, credits and 13 gems. help. I have played and are now level 1 with nothing! Tomorrow is my birthday and will not be a nice day! Please check! I had made even a bailout "! saveme" today or yesterday I do not remember....

 

I will look it up right now. If you are on a server, please exit or the changes / restoral won't work.

With regard to the level and other things lost, is ok... Just one last thing today while I was playing I realized I only have 3 buffs free slots whereas before I had all occupied by various things, all unlocked, but not "Unique" If I restore the back buffs slot as before. In all Coop, Surv & inf! thanks
