People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

    I fixed level and cash.

    I have to re-check on the gems though since this is a backup from yesterday where you had 762 gems, it seems really hard to earn 700 gems in one day.

    It's not that I don't believe you but it could be an error so I'll have to make sure.

    very much I would be pleased so that you check the ones gems, I was lucky much, all time sucesfull, perhaps I made a mistake with the number but it was thousand +, it is a pity that this problem today, because I had all day long and I wanted to collect as the most thing on googles, tough luck, the thanks for the help

    Well, 700 gems in 24 hours, means that you killed 6 shaman tanks per hour. But that would mean you'll have to play 24 hours straight with no break at all, so no coffee, eating, sleeping, just 24 hours continuous play and you'll have to kill 1 shaman tank at least every 10 minutes during that time to get to that goal.

    I'm not saying you're providing false info, I'm just saying you've got the number wrong. The problem is though, usually we make snapshots of the db every 30 minutes or so and then I could find the exact number but it didn't run for some reason the last couple of days so I had to fall back on the daily backup.

    So what I'll do is meet you in the middle and add 354 gems to your ID, so that would mean I'll put you at 1116 gems which is still the amount you get for killing one shaman tank every 20 minutes for 24 hours straight.

    Let me know if that's ok. I'll fix the snapshot backups asap as well so we can prevent this discussion in the future.

    So... Today I logged back in to play some PR-VS and saw that I lost ALMOST everything but my !inv seems to be fine.

    Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:42455396

    Customer MG Store: No :N

    Explain what you lost and most important, when you still had everything (if you still remember that is).
    1.) I was LV 212 with 50% to 60% EXP already earned.
    2.) I had somewhere around 20k to 25k cash
    3.) I had about 130 ish gems.
    4.) I lost all my equip buff slots.
    5.) If there's more I can't remember it.

    I was Level 108 but now back to level 1.
    I have 40K cash now have 0.
    I have 108 gems now have 0
    I have 10 buff slot now back to 3.
    That is all the important thing that was gone.
    my rep back to average again from team angels.
    But because rep can't be returned i understand so it's okay.
    Please help. :c

    not to detract from the purpose of this thread but why is there quite many recent cases of such level resets?
    Surely !saveme would help to reduce the chances of that? or is there some other bug involved?

    It's some other bug which we haven't figured out yet. It's probably a delay or something when writing to the database. It also happens on server crashes sometimes.

    !saveme doesn't help at all. It's just a debug command, all data is auto-saved.

    Sorry to be the harbinger of doom lol. I dropped from lvl 109 to lvl 1. worked my way back to lvl 10.
    I didn't realize I also lost my buffs. Dropped from 8 buffs to 4. Lost
    all of my bought buffs/Sur/inf as well.:( ...I will try to go to list as many as I can remember. On a positive note I regained all of my upgrades and skills so far. :)

    I compared the backup with what's current. I will leave your cash as-is and added-in your gems.

    You had a lousy reputation but since you've put so much time into it, I guess you get a freebie cuz of our stats loss issues. Be sure to verify your guild issues if any.

    I saw you offline on steam friends network yet it said you were in-game, so if the changes don't work, you have to confirm you're NOT on the servers...

    hi~ i lost my lvl again :(
    was playing at EU pr-vs~ then auto retry to EU pr-coop~ then back to EU pr-vs
    i realize after lvled up to lvl 2 :(
