    HI,my friend A-sin has the same problem now.He cannot understand English much so i post it here to help him.
    his steam ID is:STEAM_0:1:64750385
    Donor::YYES
    Customer MG store::YYES
    He joined the US COOP 1# server at about 20-07, 07:26(showed in the chatbox on forum).And then his level became 1 and his cash&gems are gone.But his skills and upgrades are still there.
    Please help him.

    yesterday i went back to lvl 1 from lvl 212, now im 44 with 20k cash and few gems, i lost lvl, cash (cant remember but about 300k) and few gems (20 i think), and i lost all my buff-slots

    oh lord... there suppose to be steam_0:0: 9236827 but this smiley i showing up rofl

    You were probably in-game when I restored your stats. Please let me know when you're out of the game I will then try a restore again.

    Edit: I did the restore again right now, but if you're in-game it will fail again.

    Edit2: You were in-game, kicked you and re-imported :)

    3) I remember the last game i disconnected off US coop server 2 right after finishing the passing finale without using !saveme.
    half an hour later i reconnnected to same server, i got reset back to lvl 1 and 500 cash from lvl115 i think, still the same after reconnecting to any other mgftw server

    oops erik i just checked my buff slots are still resetted to 3 (i picked a blue toaster today so its 4 now), when i had seven before the whole level reset:(

    However not everything came back

    Buffs slot , buff , upgarde , skill , inventory all ok
    No ok :

    Lvl 213 2,2% I had 213 49,8%
    Cash 76k (+/-) I had     278000 (+ / -)
    Gems 762 I had 1470 (+/-)
