It's never going to be a an official PC version. That's my prediction based on really cool games that came only for consoles and not for PC. For example: I got tired of waiting for Uncharted for PC...

This goes the same for "Tom Clancy's: The Division"... an online open-world action RPG, developed by Swedish studio, Massive. I'm looking forward to this, but Ubisoft has a good way of over hyping great looking games that just don't deliver.

Speaking of WatchDogs, did anyone see the recent playthrough from the Sony E3 conference? Someone joined the guy playing and used a tablet to access "hackable" items to aid him in escaping the area to end the mission he was playing. This is a break through I never expected, but then I saw the SAME exact thing happen in the video above (the 4th player was using a tablet to control the drone). These 2 games have a few similar things going for them, it will be interesting to see the difference in release dates and whether they will both do as well as each other in sales.
