Still no idea why you asked this question... It's a general consensus that a man doesnt wash his penis at a public restroom ever. Except in doc calc's case where he leans over and washes it in the sink or gordon's case where he has his own special water bottle for cleaning lmao. In the luxury of your own home, I can almost guarantee no man is sticking his dick in the sink either, but maybe there are special cases idk. Pretty much, the shower is where we wash our penis. Therefore, the general answer is SOMETIMES... Hopefully this answers all your questions.

Usually the public bathroom sinks are a bit high, so you'd have to freakin climb onto the sink and try to stick your dick in.
