Here's some advice that might help for the tank knowledge quest.

For the !witness command, you should probably get close enough to the tank (within 500-1000 units or so I guess) and be facing it when your trying to do it. I'd recommend binding the !witness command to a key that you would use often for binds, i.e. 'bind ; sm_witness'. Do note that you cannot use the !witness command on a Supreme Shaman Tank as it won't work. It has to be done on the Shaman Tank.
