Darwin friends 2 and a Murderer's whims

i know darwins friends 2 is at dead air map 3 but which spot and murderer whims need a clean clothes,bag of fake pr pills and a soldier uniform so where can i get those?

 

If I remember correctly, darwin's friend 2 is in dead air finale, assuming the quest is the one where you have to inspect his friend. It's a bodybag behind the plane to the left of the minigun.

Most of the stuff for the thief can be found in death toll, most of which in the bit with the church.
