Should we change Area Mutators?

    From the recent chats that I've seen within mgftw's discord:

    Some players find Area Mutators fun to use:
    AliCE: "me looking at traveller box : GO FOR AREA MUTATOR"
    Asshome: "[PR] You have acquired Area Mutator (x1) [PR] Traveller Box was successfully used"

    timkit: "I also got area mutator xD"

    I even do use a few area mutators myself at once a few times. It does make for some good fun in my opinion.

    On the other hand however....

    Some other players do think it causes torture, chaos and ruins the fun for everyone (in a bad way):
    Dope: "Area mutators Make a good game of coop into aids"
    Mizo: "especially on a long map or with lots of hazard spots"
    Vaka: "i agreed at certain custom maps/normal coop" (2nd line)
    "ppl blindly use them and make the map extremely torturous"
    "and it lead to frustrations often on custom as ppl want to complete a map and get tokens"

    So... if they were to be changed, vaka did suggest something for them:
    Vaka: "i was thinking, maybe give area mutators a reward system"
    Cocoa: "like how they worked on halloween :/"

    As far as I know, no one has restricted the use of Area Mutators on Maps/Finales etc. While it isn't out of the realm for any 1 player to activate every single possible map mutation at once on a given map, it hasn't happened yet. I do think people will not like the impossible difficulty that comes with such uses of the area mutator.

    If Area Mutators do ever get changed:
    - Either make them way less common to get from Traveller boxes and Black Market and make them both uncommon chances.
    - Limit it to a maximum of 4 area mutators active at any 1 time on most maps.
    - Certain maps/finales will disallow area mutators, apart from chance caused ones.
    - If a specific area mutator is active on a given specific map/finale disallow any other area mutators that are very likely to wipe every single survivor, regardless of difficulty.
