Unfortunately i tested the old IP with cmd and i am getting average of 390ms ping(Unfreaking-belivable). I searched of Valve's Singapore servers...
Also Kebab how many ping you getting on Valve servers? Same 100+? or 60-70 ping? If it is 60-70 ping then it is server issue.
Me either. I wonder how Valve routes their servers. It is interesting.
