Coop item QOL? Suggestions

I recently talked with people from multiple clans, they all loved the new cookie jar mechanic but soon after the topic devolved to something else entirely.

Many clans, even the big ones (cont, aetho, kebab, mita) have issues with wires, bars, vinegars (Most SN key crafting mats). Some of them suggested that to allow those orange items to be picked up multiple time by the same clan if they have more than 4 in a lobby. I personally am against this because it will make the big clan snowball out of control and no one would wanna join the smaller clans making them obsolete.

A few back and forth later one guy suggested a really good idea. The problem atm is only the major clans hosting Erad SNs because they have the most members to scout the orange materials in coop, smaller to mid clans have almost no chance of getting those materials when competing vs those bigger clans as well as the general public.

The change will be, make the common SN crafting materials like wires, rusty metal bars and vinegar unable to deplete, increase those items pick up limit to infinite BUT with a restriction. Multiple members from the same clan in the same lobby still can only pick it up once (old rule), however the item won't be gone after being taken 4 times, this leaves some chances for the smaller/mid clans to take them.

Just like the cookie jar mechanic, everyone from different clan can take the material once, but instead of limiting it to once per player (cookie jar), it is limited to one material per clan, now it won't disappear and the smaller/mid clans have an equal chance of getting them. Of course, this change will NOT affect things like prof defib, custom weapon parts etc. ONLY SN ERAD CRAFTING MATERIALS.
