Chat and server commands not working

    I have been seeing these weird issues since a few days ago.
    It all started on EU hosted servers.
    I was playing on Custom Coop until suddenly my messages wouldn't appear on the chat.
    Then I tried to access CP by binds and none of those binds weren't working.
    I tried using console sm commands but these are no avail either.
    My buffs that activate by pressing buttons are working but all other things are not working. It is almost like the text written information isn't being sent to the server or something.

    I should point out that in Scenario everything works fine. Saying stuff in chat accessing CP, buying items with bounty and sm commands.
    On EU servers they are not working.
    And I went to Asia servers and after loading in, first few minutes they are working but then they stop working.
    I flushed my DNS, did an antivirus scan and it's still the same.
    Got any ideas, everyone?

    Try changing your spray or removing it, this sounds similar to what other people have experienced in the past. I don't recall theirs being server specific, but you can try it regardless.
