Against obviously, but there is something going on in Germany i read an article, if it goes through then they will launch a satellite into space and use that where they can pirate all they want. All in all they can never stop piracy and the companies are just getting greedy for money.
There's also the DCMA, but no one cares anymore. Even people in the U.S. download stuff nowadays. @Ping - Companies will naturally be "greedy" for money after they've spent millions of dollars on developing software and games. Plus, if you were the software developer, you wouldn't want your hard work being tossed around like trash for free in the "black market".

Well obv. all software- as well as the record companies support SOPA. Big Daddy was a supporter too until a large part of their customers including Wikipedia moved their domains to another hoster, now they are suddenly against it. And yes in Ecuador there might be a lot of pirating but it's not like people would suddenly buy everything if there wasn't. So yeah I'm obv. against it, it's just another attempt from the elite to censor the Internet.
