CPU overload issue.

    There's currently a problem where servers get stuck at 100% cpu. This seems to affect PR only. We're investigating the issue and try to resolve it asap.

    It's probably all that porn honorcode was downloading earlier... I mean uh, it's probably just a conflict between plugins, or that l4d2 update did something... Yeah. :D

    We found out the problem, there's a loop in the code, it was caused by a guild buff. New code will be uploaded soon :)
