Hi all, Since I'm back now from vacation I'm gonna start making the move to our new servers. Points Reloaded VS runs already on this machine for some time now, and so far I haven't heard/seen any complains or problems. In fact, that server (now known as mgftw.com AMS etc.) is even the one full most of the times, while the old one is mostly empty. This means I'm already going to shut down the old one. So: 83.149.71.78:27015 becomes: 46.249.43.56:27015 I'll keep this post updated with server moves, so please check back here if you can't find your favorite server. Next one on the move list is PR COOP since that one gives a lot of troubles right now on the old one. When all gameservers have been moved I'll start moving the website and all databases to the new location, but this will still be a couple of weeks away since I'm still waiting for some server parts and need to visit the data center to put them in the server. Also, a new Chicago server has been ordered. Same hardware as the new EU server so I hope I can bring that one online soon as well.
Yes, I re-mailed the ISP already, it will be online again within about 7 hours. So probably tomorrow because then I'm asleep and I still need to re-sync it and do some database checks before I can bring it back.
umm, what about a Closed Sticky where all Server Changes be published ? Because if all People answer, reanswer etc. this Thread will be chaotic in a short Time.
Or perhaps just a move to the "News & Updates" threads? That way it's not up front where a-holes like me see it and comment on it...
