Why don't you play with a Microphone?

Seriously, the game is way more fun with it. Just get one already.

 

Some people just don't want to speak on the mic coz they r shy or don't have confidence.

 

If you want to hear me sing, you have to pay first....

 

Not everybody can speak english, or understand it properly.

In Japan, you can say what you want in english, they won't understand. If you write it, they can answer back and write down an english answer.

On a side note, different origins and ethnicity lead to different accents when it comes to orally expressing oneself in a different language than their mothertongue. In this case, english speakers wouldn't be able to understand either.

On another note, not everyone plays with their sound on either, personally I lower mic volume alot so I don't hear anyone speaking.

So, typing is better

 

I studied english since I was 6, and now I'm on my final year to conclude my english lessons, which this final year is based only in oral conversations. I just need to improve my accent and make sentences quicker while speaking.

Sometimes I just use my mic when I'm the mood to, or when I'm playing with a bunch of friends.

 

Mostly i don't have time to type because im shooting zombies and stuff
And often i miss what people are typing because of the same reason.

Although i make more mistakes when talking English i prefer it while playing.

 

First of all, I'm a very shy person... Second, my accent isn't that great xD Although, I do have a mic and use it sometimes but only when I'm playing with friends. I don't like talking in public.

 

I mostly don't bother with Mic because;

a)As mentioned, a lot people probably wouldn't understand spoken English.

b)Nobody else does, and its pointless talking to myself.

I do have a mic, but most of times I prefer typing (i'm very confident with my english taking into account it i not my native language), but realized sometimes, the fact of typing makes u easy target.

I just usually blast music while plays so you couldn't hear me even if I did use it.

You would be lucky to hear me actually talk.

 

Lol im usually pumping out music while playing aswel...my neighbours hate me...they even banged on the wall the other day so i turned it up lmao, i used to use my mic all the time when i played 4v4 games untill i stood on it n broke it...probably for the best anyway, i swear too much while speaking and i doubt it would look too good as an admin on the servers lol...i just cant help it :noidea: if swearing over the mic wasnt a problem on MG servers id a buy a new one cus tbh it makes things so much easier especially when your lazy like me and cant be arsed to type half the time.

 

I just find it annoying, the talking when Im gaming. I rather listen to the game music and sound effects

 

To each his own, just don't complain when no one gets to you in time because you don't have a mic to let us know you're in trouble.

I for one appreciate a good thick accent of almost any kind, no matter German, Swede, British, Russian, or even Alabaman like KillZone. So don't be afraid even though we will probably imitate you.8)

 

I would say mic's definitly enhance any four player co-op game, but with 10 people on one side, you really dont want too many voices going at once.

 

Talking with people are fun, some people are shy or they don't like to talk at all when they play i guess.

 

I use my mic alot, I'd probably even use it more if people understood me speaking more moke.
