Yup..Join Forces 1 has that bug on me..what can i do if admin hasnt fix it yet? How can i remove the quest?

Well, I don't think any action is required here unless you really want to cancel the quest. I think there is a cancel quest option, -> Go to quests, view active quests, click on the quest you wish to cancel and then cancel it.
