Song of a swan!! As in "Screw you Noobs..I am going home"

For those that have not heard the expression it refers to someone's last wishes/few days before they are gone. (the song of a swan part..d'ooh)

So without further delay i say to thee "Rejoice noobs and oppressed for I am leaving ". Yes, you heard me right, I am quitting L4D and MG servers...so the noobs won!

I started with MG in March of last year. Yes, i started as a noob, worked my way up to lvl 205 so forth, I have seen good things, and I have seen bad things. I wasn't a nice person to most noobies and does not bother me one bit...After All I am the #1 black sheep of MG...

Anyway, point is that there are a few things that bothered me so much that i've decided to give up l4d (it is uninstalling as I write this):

• Helm's Deep - It was better back in the day when it required tickets. We actually had to work for it. some of us High lvls even leveled down quite a bit just to get 10-15 tickets so everyone we knew in-game coud join us and play. Right now every low lvl tom dick and noobie that wants free XP just joins, and mooches off whatever high lvls are there via their charity. That is unfair to the old, high lvl players that actually had to earn the privilege to play HD. We had to lvl up old fashion way while the noobisies just occupy a slot and gain lvls w/o doing anything actually.
• Favoritism for the noobsies -Yes, you heard me right. MG has made countless concessions to the "underprivileged" lowlies and that affected everybody. it seems that you guys from MG don't give a flying duck, to put it politely about the high lvls. You had HD with tickets and lvl limit and all was fine. Now HD is pretty much "come get free stuff" for everybody. Extreme Coop was fine with us High lvls untill the noobises started crying "Aw my holly vajeen....that smoker killed me instantly....make it easyer so I can farm in peace". So it went from "Extreme" to "Noobsie-farming friendly" COOP
• Don't get me started in the versus servers: Whole gameplay is screwed because some Optimus imperator or Berry-licious low lvl cannot acheive supreme "satisfaction" w/o being a spiter, or a boomer or a tank. He knows he's useless as any of those 3 SI and still preffers screwing his team over just so he can wet the front end of his PJ's. Why is his fun more important than the rest of the team? If we do something about it and kick his useless noob ass he runs crying to the admins (See optimus imperator...) and someone gets banned (it used to be me...ROFL) for puting the team ahead of some wannabe noob.

Anyway...there's a long list which I will not get into...I know 95% of the high lvls agree with me but it's MG's server so those who keep playing have to put up with this Noobsiesm everytime they play....

In the end I have only 2 requests for the Roots:

1. Please delete my stats. They are useless anyway...If they can be transferred to some other steam ID then votekick can have them
3. I have one or 2 more months of donorship. Can it be transferred to another player? If possible, I would like !AmyNo9! to have it. her steam ID is STEAM_0:0:25316829

That is all i will say right now! I had a good time on these servers but again, the fact that noobsies get preferential treatment compared to the high lvls kinda sped up my decision to quit.

I will say "I am sorry" to my fellow high lvls (150-210+) but you are left to deal with the incompetence and arrogance of the low lvls on your own.

just LOL. dude the helms deep is only for events at the moment. back in the past. the HD was a 24/7 map. which required tickets.
when the holidays are over it will turn back into tickets. so why complain about it when you dont know the story?

My last post gave the feeling I didn't like Smokke but I actually did. It was never boring with him around

Chris, it's not just HD. I, and other High lvls had to wait for quite a long time to get into the server just cause Newbie McLowlv was there and he wouldn't move for hours? When I finnnaly logged in, our of the 16 players there was maybe 6 i knew. And High lvl players left outside were PM'ing me to kick a noob and I couldn't? Even if you bring it back ticket style the McNoobs will still wanna join and mooch off.

Another thing is the arrogance the McNoobs display. take Optimus imperator for example. He sucks as a SI, but still will screw up his team. Kick him and what does he do? comes crying like a little bitch that Enjoie kicked him. and Enjoie gets punished because of that? Noooo....Optimus should take it like a man or hand over his man-card and wear a dress. I'd rather play with Rundat, airborn or any other high lvl and if that means Mclowlvl has to be kicked to make room for them then McLowlvl is gone!!!

The Extreme COOP - that was another thing that got me annoyed. IT was fun just the way it was. Lots of CI, deadly smokers, uber-spiters. That was a challenge for everybody. Teamwork was required just to make it to the saferoom. All good, no problem, everybody here is lvl 150+. Then the McLowlies come. They die. They start bitching that "Aww...its to hard for us. We wanna hang out with the cool kids but we cannot because we are to weak..so make it easier" What happens next? Extreme COOP becomes "McNoob farming friendly COOP". Ummm..excuse me, it's called Extreme for a reason. You wanna take a casual stroll through the map? The go on Effin Regular coop...

It's just the little things that bothered me...Like i've said, Us High lvls have to make concessions and please the McNoobs instead of having it the other way around.
