Remove Muzzle Flash

Is it possible to have an option to remove muzzle flash? The command is r_flashlightmuzzleflashfov 0 but sv_cheats needs to be on in order for the command to work. There are two reasons I am asking about this. One, it reduces lag for people with slower PC's. Second, and more important to me, it will cause less eye strain/headaches not have a strobe light go off every time you shoot. This is particularly bad with the AK or any other slower shooting guns.

If theres sv_cheat command already for disabling it, shouldn't be too hard

 

I like where this is going

 

But then again, if its forced global (server) command, not everyone would approve to be forced to play with it disabled.
