Private hive server corrupted

Hi,

We have no idea what happend last night but the server was unreachable. We had to call the datacenter to reboot it (remote-control NIC didn't worked aswell) and when they pulled the plug the diskdrive got corrupted.




We are now reinstalling the server, but as you probably already can guess: we lost the database.

I expect the server to be up somewhere at 18:00 GMT+1.

1) I had a tent at the north of Cherno with 2AKM's and a bloodbag in it. Do i loose my tent?
A: Yes

2) We had 2 choppers and 3 vehicles parked near Skalka! Are they now gone?
A: Yes

3) Do you have a backup and are you going to restore the database?
A: Yes we have a backup but it was located on the same server so it got corrupted aswell so no, we are not going to restore it

4) OMFG so this means we are gonna start from scratch?
A: Yes

5) When will the server be running again? I want to be the 1st to take a chopper!
A: Only admins will be allowed to play the first 3 hours because we have to test the installation so we will take all choppers and UAZ's. Nah, joke I will keep this thread updated and report when the server is expected to be back again.

 

We are under attack (ddos) so you have to be patient to join.

Haha, gaat lkkr de laatste tijd jongens. Lijkt me erg vervelemd allemaal en veel tijd kosten voor alle admins. Keep up the good work and thnks.
