PR-VS Maps

We want to keep the VS server full as much as possible and one thing we've noticed is that, no matter what, people always leave when Hard Rain and Cold Stream start. I personally do votes frequently, but it appears that it has almost become habit to leave when these start. Clearly people hate them, so HonorCode removed them from the rotation. Swamp Fever is never popular, but we're leaving it there.

Let's see if this works. If you guys want them back, no problem, or if maybe just a different default order they come in is better in the end, we can do that.

In the meantime, ChooChoo can work his magic on them anyways!
