[PR] Small update (exploit fixes)

    Small update guys, to prevent some exploits.


    • Removed option to buy propane -and oxygen tanks.
    • Disabled piercing bullets buff for now because of OP issues.
    • Trying to fix a pipebomb crash (Thanks Legend!)

    Ideally, Piercing Bullets is for PR-VS only. Right now, though, the tanks are shredded on COOP and its just unrealistic. We intend to put it back on for VS only.
