[PR COOP] Confirmed Minor Bug with arsenal clan benefit

Bug Name: Number of Free Weapons remaining counting down when you dont have enough bounty to buy.
Bug was Found: Several hours ago on COOP

How did this bug happen?

I was on MGftw COOP doing the Second Chapter of death toll, recently having incapacitated someone myself by accident (thus the -3 bounty you can see in 1 of the screenshots). After a while, I ran out of ammo for my primary weapon and tried to buy a weapon, however even though the system declines to give me my weapon of choice due to having not enough bounty (negative bounty that is), it then counts down the number of free weapons remaining that I can buy, this is
just as if I would have successfully bought the item, given that I would have enough bounty (positive or 0 bounty that is) (assume free weapons)

(As you can see in the screenshot, I tried to buy a autoshotgun that is supposed to cost 0 bounty, thanks to the effect of the arsenal clan benefit. However the system would not let me do that since I dont have enough bounty and instead counted down the number of free weapons remaining.)

(Same example as with the above, except I have -5 bounty instead of -3.)

What should be Done to fix this bug?

I would suggest you change the code so that the system checks the amount of bounty you have first before applying the effect of the clan benefit, arsenal.
If you have enough bounty, have system confirm that and assume you successfully bought the item. then count down number of free weapons remaining
If you dont have enough bounty, have system confirm that and assume you unsuccessfully weren't able to buy the item. then do not count down the number of free weapons remaining.

All I ask further is that you at least make sure you know about this bug when you read it. Thanks
