Odd Spawns Bug_Rpt

Hey,

Just letting you know about some odd spawns I have been getting the past
few days. Im guessing you know about the swimming effect on land but thats
not the only thing.

1] Two days ago I spawned on top of my car and when I moved my leg broke
2] Last night/Early this morning when I connected I spawned some place in the sea/lake idk it was to dark to see where I was.

One other thing
Is there a chance the day light setting could be altered a bit as its dark
way after its day light out side my window, ie. it gets dark around 7pm(GMT)
and is not light again untill 8-9am(GMT)
