new buyables?

    So i was just thinking while playing and maybe some ideas:
    - for infected: smokebomb/grenade. Not only will this be a coverup to escape quickly but it can be also used for stealthkills.
    - for detective: defib. this way the detective can revive 1 survivor, which can help him towards an infected. this should costs maybe 2 creds?
