[minor bug] Tank duelist Buff giving the opposite effect of it's buff effect

Bug Name: As Above

How does the Bug happen?
When shooting at any special infected or tank, you can notice a +20% damage increase in your offensive buff %. this isn't the effect your supposed to receive. when battling tanks the effect should be that you notice a +20% damage reduction in your defensive buff % when you get hit.

BTW Tank duelist Buff effect is that you take 20% less damage from tanks but increase their aggro to you by 300%, the second part of the buff works while the first part works the opposite way.
